Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Elani Face & Body Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Deposits & payments

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • The remaining balance is payable at the time of your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the 30% deposit.

  • No-shows will also forfeit the deposit.

This policy is in place to respect appointment time and allow the opportunity for other clients to book available spaces. As a solo therapist, each appointment is carefully reserved, and adequate notice helps maintain a balanced schedule.

Health & suitability

Clients are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during consultation. Treatments may be adjusted or declined where necessary to ensure safety and suitability.

Results

While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, outcomes may vary depending on individual skin type, hair type, and adherence to aftercare advice.

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

  • You understand the treatment process and any associated risks

  • You consent to the treatment being performed

  • You agree to follow aftercare advice provided

  • You understand results may vary
